Rocket
Leg and Arms
• Squat down and place your hands under your child’s arms.
• Keep your back as straight as possible.
• Lift your child up into the air as high as you can. **Do not
throw your child into the air.
• Lower your child back to the ground. On my youngest son, I do
not let him touch. On my older children, I let them touch and
sometimes allow them to jump to help me. However you do it, be
sure your child does not come down on the floor very hard.
• Continue raising and lowering your child in a continuous motion
until your repetition goal is achieved.
